Our dental team continues to be committed to protecting and supporting our patients’ health and safety throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition to the universal precautions that have always been practiced, we have implemented protocols beyond those recommended by the American Dental Association, CDC and Illinois State Dental Society to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus.
Upon arrival in our parking lot, please call Sharon at 630-279-3070. We are asking that you wait in the car until a team member can meet you at the door. Please arrive unaccompanied to your appointment unless you are a parent of a minor patient, a legal guardian of a patient, or a caretaker for an individual who requires support. We request that you do not bring other guests or children.
Please wear a mask prior to entering the office and use the provided hand sanitizer. A team member will take your temperature with a no-contact thermometer, and check your oxygen levels with a small pulse oximeter. If you register a temperature of 100 degrees or above, you will not be treated and you will be referred to your physician for evaluation.
As always, every treatment room is thoroughly disinfected between patients. Bipolar ionization units have been installed to reduce airborne viruses and bacteria, and a fogger is used as an additional disinfection agent after patient treatment to eliminate aerosols.
The reception area as well as all counters, doorknobs, etc. are wiped down periodically throughout the day with a surface disinfectant. Acrylic barriers have been installed at the front desk for your protection as well as our staff. Our clinical staff is equipped with all appropriate masks, face shields, and gowns as well as other necessary PPE.
We appreciate the trust that you have placed in our practice and thank you for the privilege of allowing us to care for your dental health. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
